Our agency would like to present some examples of what we do to help define "high quality" to you. Below are just a few examples of procedures for personal lines.
On every personal (& commercial) package quote, we mail a detailed quotation for our prospective clients' review. The auto quotation will specify limits of liability, elective coverages, and optional coverages that may be available. The homeowner, renter, or mobile home quote will list the coverage limits, internal limits of the policy, elective coverages, and optional coverages available.
We furnish ID cards immediately upon all new business and the addition of a new vehicle to an existing policy.
At the first renewal, our agency will mail an increase liability letter. For the auto, this will give the insured the liberty to increase their automobile liability limits. For the home, we will keep you abreast of optional coverages not presently on your policy, which will include a brief summary of coverages and the additional premium. In addition, we offer and recommend a $1 million umbrella policy.
